Leasing Fee

At Liberty City, we focus on leasing your property quickly—without cutting corners. From eye-catching marketing to seamless tours and a streamlined application process, we handle every step to attract strong, qualified residents. Our goal is simple: place the right residents in your property efficiently, while delivering a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
Renewal Fee
$250 Flat Rate
We focus on keeping your rentals occupied and your residents satisfied. Our team manages all renewal paperwork and negotiations with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience. For simplicity and transparency, we offer a straightforward flat-rate fee for handling lease renewals from start to finish.
Contractor Fee
15% of Invoice
In real estate, wear and tear is inevitable—but delays and costly mistakes don’t have to be. We respond quickly with informed, cost-conscious solutions, leveraging our trusted network of experienced vendors. Prefer your own contractors? We’re happy to coordinate with them, ensuring every repair is handled efficiently and to your standards.
Onboarding Fee
$150 per Unit
We look forward to partnering with you. Our structured onboarding process ensures a smooth, efficient setup, allowing us to review every detail of your property while creating a seamless transition for both you and your residents from day one.
Turnover Inspection
$95 Flat Rate
Resident turnover is inevitable—but extended vacancy isn’t. We conduct prompt move-out inspections and provide a detailed rent-ready plan to minimize downtime. We also offer strategic upgrade and maintenance recommendations to enhance your property’s value and ensure it shows at its best for prospective residents.
Alongside the services we provide, Liberty City also believes in clearly outlining what we don’t charge—ensuring full transparency and setting the right expectations from the start.
